Fort Vancouver Visitor's Pavilion From I5 going South Take 1-5 to the City Center/Mill Plain/Port of Vancouver Exit #1C. Left at the bottom of the ramp. Get into the Right lane safely but immediately. Turn Right at Ft Vancouver Way, follow the turnaround onto Officers Row. Visitors pavilion is on the right side, DO NOT park in the lot, they do not allow this. From Portland - 15 going North Take I-5 to the Mill Plain Exit. Take a right off the ramp which is Mill Plain. Turn right on Ft Vancouver Way. Turn left onto Officers Row (around the turnaround). Pavilion is on the right side, DO NOT park in parking lot, they do not allow this. From Highway 14 Take Highway 14 West to the I-5 North exit. Take the Mill Plain Blvd. Exit on right. Right at the stoplight onto Mill Plain. Right at next light onto Ft Vancouver Way. Left onto Officers Row (after turnaround). The pavilion is on the right side, DO NOT park in the parking lot, they do not allow this.
