Join us for the Greater Vancouver Chamber's 2025 Business & Leadership Awards, presented by Riverview Bank, as we shine a spotlight on outstanding businesses and individuals that have showcased excellence and commitment to the southwest Washington community. The Business & Leadership Awards will be recognizing 6 distinct categories:

• First Citizen - Honoring an individual whose efforts and leadership have made a lasting impact on the community.

• Start-Up to Watch - Celebrating businesses in their first 5 years with innovative solutions and promising growth.

• Small Business - Honoring small enterprises with 25 or fewer employees that have shown remarkable success and contribution to the community.

• Large Business - Recognizing establishments with 25 or more employees that maintain high standards, community involvement, and leadership.

• ​Manufacturer - Celebrating a Washington State manufacturer that has commitment to business excellence and involvement in state/local public policy issues.

• ​Statesperson - Saluting leaders who have shown exemplary public service and commitment to the welfare of the community.

What to Expect:

Mix and Mingle: This event is designed to foster connections. Whether you're looking to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, or get to know our award finalists, this is the perfect place!

Grab a bite: A selection of gourmet appetizers will be available as you make your way through the room!

Cheers to the Evening: The bar will be stocked! Beer & wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic delights make for something for everyone!

Meet the Finalists: This is your exclusive chance to get up close and personal with this year's award finalists. Hear their stories, share insights, and celebrate their achievements in an intimate setting.

Attire: We recommend business casual or cocktail attire.

Tables & Seating: Bistro style tables will fill the room and encourage guests to move throughout the space and meet & greet fellow attendees, finalists, and award recipients. Seating will be available for anyone who needs it, both inside, and out on the patio. 

Awards Announcement: We will begin the program at 5 PM sharp, welcoming everyone and introducing this year's Business & Leadership Awards presentation.
