Free 2 hour parking is located in the lot on the corner of Broadway and Evergreen. New Year, New Faster You! Achieve your resolutions, look & feel your best, make 2014 memorable and be running strong for spring and summer. This club is for anyone that is ready to start running or increase your running abilities. We will begin 2014 training for the Shamrock Run on March 16th. From there we will then start training for the Summer Solstice Amazing Adventure on June 21st. This club will keep you on a path that will safely and quickly help you reach your goals! There will be two different plans to follow depending on your current running state. You can expect to increase your distance and time because you joined this club! You can expect consistent accountability check-ins, a program to follow and access to your running coach throughout the week! Learn to Run This entry-level program will begin with a maximum of 1 minute of jogging at any time and progress slowly. You'll learn the proper way to warm up before running and the most important stretches to do post-runs. Note: Week 1 will start with a walk/run. 10k Club If you have been running for a while and want to take it to the next level by increasing speed and endurance this program is for you. You'll learn the proper way to warm up before running and the most important stretches to do post-runs. Note: Week 1 Mileage will start at 3 Cost: $240 Only $12.00/week for 20 weeks to keep you focused, motivated, increasing your running skills and to have access to your running coach all week long! Drop-in: $15.00
