Your Attendance is Needed for A Membership Wide Vote on Oct 24th

Dear Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce Members,

As you know, the Chamber Executive Board has been exploring the option of joining forces with The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce in order to improve the level of support and services we can offer our membership. After much consideration, the Board has voted to move forward with this merger. Per our current by-laws, we have determined that a vote of the membership is in order. To that end, we are calling for a special meeting to be held on October 24th at 10:00 a.m. at Mill Creek Pub. Please consider this email as formal notification. 

Please plan attending this special meeting so that you can participate in deciding the future of the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce. There will be discussion and an opportunity for comments prior to the official vote. We are interested in hearing from all of our members.
