Caring for the Caregiver ~ Series 1

This program has been developed for caregivers of all walks of life – from professionals to families caring for each other. This four-hour workshop will develop skills for caregivers to use in their professional and personal lives. This course will go into great depth on how each person will implement new strategies.Previous attendees include doctors, nurses, child and eldercare providers, mental health care professionals, massage therapists, childcare professionals, and more. In this workshop, the group will: • Develop tools to manage your stress • Collaborate to create a customized self-care plan • Learn from the experiences of others • Take away real world tools that will change your life for the better Continuing Education Credits can be earned from this workshop. Cost is $175, registration is required.
