Description

Join the fastest growing TV, internet and phone company for a hiring event on June 27, 2015.  Charter Communications is expanding and hiring 100 Customer Service/Billing Representatives!  If you are passionate about providing a high level customer service experience, we want to hear from you. 

JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing high quality customer service and billing support.  Respond accurately and promptly to inbound customer calls.  Proactively recommend Charter products and services based upon customer needs.   Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics established for a Billing Representative. 

REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years of age or older;  flexible to work shifts between 5:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., seven days a week.

WE OFFER:
Medical/Dental/Paid Vacation/401K/Tuition Reimbursement/Fitness Room/$13.18 per hour
