Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Respond to inbound call center calls and accurately resolve customer concerns. Provide high quality customer service and billing support. Proactively recommend Charter products and services based upon customer needs. Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics established for a Billing Representative.
 

REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years of age or older;  flexible to work shifts between 5:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., seven days a week.
