When it comes to the Internet, criminals are two steps ahead of the game and are winning the battle and the war. That's the view of Dr. Rocky Termanini, a certified information technology security professional and member of the American College of Forensic Examiners. Dr. Termanini will appear at Clark College on Friday, Nov. 5. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Foster Hall Auditorium.
