Comcast Cares Day at The Gardner School of Arts & Sciences

Comcast Cares Day, is a celebration of Comcast?s year-round commitment to service, and has grown to become the nation?s largest single-day corporate volunteer event. In 2014, a record 95,000 volunteers contributed 570,000 hours to improve more than 820 parks, schools, beaches, senior centers and other vital community sites around the world. Come lend a hand and get outside with Gardner School of Arts & Sciences. Teachers and students will be in for a wonderful surprise when they return to school on Monday and see all of the awesome improvements volunteers have made to their school! Projects include: - indoor and outdoor painting - building a fence - tree trimming - general beautification & revitalization of the grounds There's something for everyone (including a playground for tiny tots to stay busy at too).
