Description
We will look at consumer protection from the perspective of a small business owner. The presentation will review the most common complaints of customers and clients. Information will be provided to help owners avoid these pitfalls and protect his / her business' reputation. Presenter: Danielle Paradis, Attorney Ms. Paradis practiced in the Consumer Law Clinic at Gonzaga University and as a Corporate Law Clerk at the headquarters of a region bank. Her practice focuses on Family Law, Criminal Misdemeanor Defense, and Consumer Protection.
