Description
Hear Yoram Bauman, Ph.D., discuss efforts to establish a tax on carbon in the state of Washington similar to the carbon tax that has been in place in British Columbia since 2008. Bauman, an environmental economist and the co-author of several books including The Cartoon Introduction to Climate Change and The Cartoon Introduction to Economics,is the executive director of Carbon Washington. This event is free and open to all. Located on the WS Vancouver campus in the Dengerink Administration Building, Room 110.
