A Home Buyer Education Class to qualify potential first-time homebuyers for Washington Bond and USDA financing will take place at the Pinnacle Mortgage Planning office in Vancouver

Potential first-time buyers that are considering using either the Washington Bond program or USDA financing will need a certificate of achievement which is required by Washington Bond and for some lenders on the USDA program. The certificate will be provided at the end of the second class. The class will feature information about the Washington Bond program and general information about buying your first home. Guest speakers from Stewart Title and Pillar to Post will be present.

The class, hosted by Rochelle Gano of Pinnacle Morgage Planning and Lori Hausler of Prudential NW Properties will take place at the Pinnacle Mortgage Planning office in Vancouver on March 8th and 9th from 6pm-8:30 PM
