At the intersection of 131st and Mill Plain, turn north on Park Plaza Drive (from westbound, turn right; from eastbound turn left). Take the 2nd left off Park Plaza. Drive past Columbia Credit Union, and park in the lot beyond and to your left. Evergreen Home Loans is next door to Little Italy's Trattoria.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYER CLASS Thursday, September 29, 2011 - 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Instructors: Leslie Girard, Evergreen Home Loans & Deana Nerton, Windermere. Walk-ins are welcome. Pizza dinner, snacks and beverages provided. This FREE class fulfills the homebuyer education requirements for WA State Bond loan programs.
