Hapa Haole Hula Competition

Description

So you think you can dance...hula! Join us for a celebration of Waikiki's wacky era of hula and music. Contestants of all ages compete in a variety of categories. In keeping with the hapa-haole--half Hawaiian, half Caucasian--tradition, all songs must be sung in English and the theme of the performance must be about Hawai`i. Contestants are coming from Washington, Oregon, California. FREE Admission, donation suggested.
