Hawaiian May Day Arts and Crafts Festival

"May Day is Lei Day" in Hawai`i, so bring the keiki (children) and enjoy a full day of games and activities island-style. Continuous live Hawaiian/Polynesian music, dancing, and drumming; ono (delicious) authentic island foods and shave ice; arts and crafts vendors; lei-making contest--see website for details: www.kekukuifoundation.org. $5.00 admission, except children ages 10 and under are FREE. Proceeds help support the Ho`ike and Hawaiian Festival on July 31, 2010 at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver (this July event is FREE to the public).
