Public Health Advisory Council and Community Development are presenting award scholarships to honor winners of a "Healthy Community Design" and "Sustainable Community Design" award. In addition, there will be a luncheon with a keynote speech from Dr. Richard Jackson, from UC Berkeley speaking on the relationship between public health and the built environment.
