You can visit Hawai`i without leaving Vancouver when you get in on this day of fun, food and entertainment. This full day of live Hawaiian music and hula performances starts with demonstrations of the music and dances learned at the hula and guitar workshops on Thursday and Friday, then entertainment by Pacific Northwest musicians and hula groups continues into the evening. Past years have included performances by the Portland Taiko Drummers and the Eagle Spirit Native Dancers. Savor the flavors and aromas of authentic foods and shave ice, shop dozens of vendors for that perfect gift or memento. Children can participate in cultural activities and crafts at the Keiki Korner.
