Step One – Preparation 101 3/11
We will talk about how to prepare for a sales call, image and message will be discussed. What are the important items you need to focus on before a sale. Where and how to prospect.
Step Two – Rapport and Communication 3/18
We will learn about appropriate ways to communicate, mirroring and confidence will be a focus.
Step Three – Value Based Questioning 3/25
We will learn how and when to ask appropriate questions. Objections will be discussed.
Step Four – Asking for the Commitment 4/1
We will talk about how to ask for a sale, when it’s appropriate. How to refer and why.
Step Five – Developing a Customer for Life 4/8
We will talk about excellent after sale practices, how to follow up appropriately, ask for reviews and referrals.
Classes are designed for sales people or entrepreneurs that want to improve their process in a group setting. All classes include a 15 minute free personalized assessment to determine best fit.
