Plant a Seed Dinner and Auction The students of the International Air and Hospitality Academy invite you to attend an extraordinary evening at the remodeled Artillery Barracks with a special meal prepared by the Award Winning Certified Executive Chefs and students of the NW Culinary Institute. Beer and wine will be available at the no host bar. This event will benefit the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation's Early Learning Program. There are multiple auction items available, including two tickets to the 2015 US Open Golf Tournament, held in June at Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Washington. Salad Course Legume Composé Main Course Choices Shrimp Fettuccini Cajun Shrimp and Andouille. Supreme de Volaille (Chicken Breast) This entrée is Gluten Free. Aubergine Roulade (Eggplant, ricotta stuffed, fresh tomato basil sauce) This entrée is Vegetarian and Gluten Free. Dessert Flourless Chocolate Cake
