Get into the left lane safely but immediately. Turn left at Broadway. Stay straight off the ramp which turns into "C" St. Turn left on 12th street. Turn left on Broadway. Free 2 hour parking is located in the lot on the corner of Broadway and Evergreen. Maximize Your Performance With Northwest Personal Trainings Running & Walking Club! These clubs are for anyone that is ready to start a running or walking program. We will get you started on a path that will safely and quickly help you reach your goals! You can expect to increase your distance and time because you joined this club! You can expect consistent accountability check-ins, a program to follow and access to your running coach throughout the week! These clubs will set you up for success in 2013! Both Clubs will be training to get to a 5k distance! Walking - Walking can be a fantastic activity tohelpmaximizefatloss. This8- week program will begin slowly and then safely increase in intensity. You'll learn the proper way to warm up before walking and the most important stretches to do when you are finished with your workout. You will be held accountable and motivated to increase your cardiovascular levels further than ever before! Getting outside this January for this group workout promises to be fun and to keep you motivated to ensure you stick to the program and experience great results! Learn to Run - This entry-level program will begin with a maximum of 1 minute of jogging at any time and progress slowly. You'll learn the proper way to warm up before running and the most important stretches to do post-runs.
