The Manager Training Series provides a firm foundation of management, HR, and people practices for leaders who work in SMBs (small-medium business) in OR and WA. CLASSES INCLUDE: - The Fundamentals of People Management 9/13 - Essential Skills to Attract and Select Top Talent 10/4 - Effective Employee Relations Skills 11/1 - Coaching Skills for Exceptional Leaders 12/6 Participants can sign up for the whole series (highly recommended) or pick 1 class. The Manager Training Series is is a boutique learning environment and classes are kept small to encourage cross-pollination of ideas among SMBs.
