Upcoming projects are tenant improvements or renovations and include: mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, flooring, concrete, communications, abatement, tiling, fire alarm, civil, and acoustical ceilings. Centennial and Halbert have been selected as Job Order Contractors for the City of Vancouver.
