Erica Koranda, Certified Personal Trainer and Eating Psychology Coach with Precision Personal Training and Buffy Stinchfield, Physical Therapist and Women's Health Specialist and owner of Pinnacle Women's Therapeutics will help you weed through Dr. Google while providing strategies you can use to improve your overall wellbeing.
Women only seminar. Topics include: Pelvic Floor and Core, Nutrition, Women's Fitness, and more. Focused on Women who have recently had a baby or seeking guidence post pregnancy (1-10yrs).
