National Property Management Association (NPMA) Northwest Chapter is a diverse group. NPMA is a non-profit, professional association dedicated to cost-effective management of personal property in the public and private sectors. NPMA is dedicated to building leadership by educating, training, and promotion standards of competency and ethical behavior in the asset management of personal property (durable and moveable property, not real estate).
