VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Initiative for Public Deliberation at Washington State University Vancouver invites the public to participate in a discussion about the opioid crisis. Small group conversations about opioid abuse in Southwest Washington will take place on Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. The same conversation will be held at three locations All forums are free and open to the public.
