This 40-hour intensive training provides an introduction to conflict management and the basic skills of facilitative mediation. Ideal for managers, HR staff, and people who wish to become mediators or simply want to enhance their communication and conflict resolution skills. Eligible for SHRM and Bar CLE’s including 2 ethics credits.
