Please join the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce "Red Coats" as we celebrate the 5TH ANNIVERSARY of Heritage Bank - East Vancouver with a BRONZE LEVEL ribbon cutting! There will be catering from Big Al's, a portable bar, fun games to play, and door prizes. The ribbon will be cut at 5 p.m.
