Join the GVCC Ambassadors as we celebrate the GRAND OPENING of Community Home Health & Hospice new Seasons of Hope Grief Center on Wednesday March 6, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. at their 3102 NE 134th St location. Community Home Health and Hospice offers free bereavement services to grieving families, not just those touched by hospice. They have support groups for children, teens, tweens, and adults. Save the Date and join us as we tour this amazing facility.
