Join MovePT Movement Labs to tackle your ACHY HIPS AND CRANKY KNEES during the month of June.

Get expert physical therapy advice and explore Optimal Movement as a group.

Learn about how your habits and patterns may contribute to dysfunction, and what you can do about it.

Explore weekly topics and guided exercises designed to get you moving well.

Tuesdays, June 7 - 28 (4 sessions) 9:30am - 10:30am

$160 for all FOUR SESSIONS

Tendinitis, athletic injuries, degenerative joint disease, bursitis, IT Band syndrome and more will be addressed through sleep positions, stretching, stairs and step-ups, posture assessment, detailed movement lessons, and weekly plans for making progress.

All Movement Labs are open to the public. Each month, we dive into a specific body region or topic of interest. Repetitive stress injuries, back pain, headaches, and topics ranging from biking to yoga to cleaning the garage are addressed in these dynamic workshops designed for every body.

Movement Labs are taught by Dr. Jeni Gall, licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Orthopedic Movement Specialist, and Credentialed Clinical Instructor.
