Savor The Couve is a local Weekly Restaurant Takeout Collaboration Dinner, presented by ilani, created to support locally-owned restaurants and nonprofit organizations! The Greater Vancouver Chamber and Visit Vancouver USA are working together to create a takeout dinner experience for two while supporting local non-profit organizations each week.

In the first run of the program (16 weeks), Savor The Couve proved to be an easy, effective, and enjoyable way for the community to provide support for local restaurants and nonprofits. All the while, we were able to introduce customers to new-to-them restaurants and local spots.

Results from these 16 weeks shows that we raised $186,300, with 25% going to nonprofits, 73% going to participating restaurants, and 2% for materials and packaging.
