Description
This three-hour seminar will introduce the importance of understanding, tracking and using key business financial statements in assessing the financial viability of a business opportunity and/or managing your business. The Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement will be presented and discussed. We'll also show how to use financial ratios to benchmark your business and discover critical areas affecting performance and competitiveness.
The tools presented here will be especially helpful to owners and mangers of currently operating businesses.
Additionally, SCORE chapter members will be available to schedule future free, confidential business mentoring to help you apply information from the seminar to your individual situation.
