About the Presenter: Shawna Larson is Vice President at McGriff, Seibels & Williams, a national Benefits and Risk Insurance Brokerage and Consulting Firm. Shawna has her NAHU (National Health of Underwriters) Self-Funding Certification and has helped employers in the small employer market to understand the benefits and risks of self-funding and how to navigate the administrative impact with ease. Since 1996 she has worked with employers ranging in size from 10 ? 16,000 employees to develop custom benefit program strategies and funding solutions that meet the business financial objectives and ultimately aligned with the HR strategies and resource needs. 1.0 Hour of HRCI Credit is pending approval. 1 PDC.
