Sunday Streets Alive

The first ever open streets event is coming to Vancouver, WA on August 18, 2013. Sunday Streets Alive, presented by Kaiser Permanente (thank you Kaiser!), opens up a 4.2 mile course for the community to walk, bicycle, skate, run, dance, play games, and more. People from all walks of life, organizations and businesses are encouraged to take to the streets, have some active fun, and meet your neighbors. One of the most important elements of any open street event are the volunteers. There are a variety of volunteer positions available for both outgoing individuals and for those who want to work behind the scenes. You have the option of different positions, locations and shifts.
