The event is free and open to the public. C-Tran Executive Director/CEO Jeff Hamm, Columbia River Crossing Director Nancy Boyd, and University of Oregon Sustainable Cities Initiative Executive Director Robert Liberty will be joined on the panel by university faculty members for an academic perspective.
