Jan 18th - Round Lake/Lacamas Lake Camas. Head East on Hwy 14 towards Camas. Take exit 12 towards Camas. Merge onto NW 6th Ave. Turn Left onto NE Dallas Street. Turn Right onto NE 15th Ave. Take the first Left onto WA-500W/NE Everett Street. Parking lot is on the right after you cross NW Lake Road (signal light). Jan 25th - Lewisville Park 26411 NE Lewisville Hwy Battle Ground, WA 98604. From Battle Ground head north on hwy 503 , park entrance will be on your right. Follow the park road straight to almost the very end, parking at the restroom just past the baseball fields. We will meet at the picnic shelter "Hemlock" Feb 1st - Salmon Creek/Klineline Hazel Dell (NE 117th between Hazel dell Avenue and Hwy. 99). We will meet @ the softball fields parking lot, entrance is just west of Klineline parking lot. On NE 117th Street, from Klineline, it will be the next right turn. This won't be your typical Salmon Creek Run! Feb 8th - Mt. Tabor Portland SE 60th + Hawthorne. We will meet at the bottom reservoir on 60th and Hawthorn. Be ready for mixed terrain and a ton of stairs! no run... Feb 15 - find a friend and participate in the "Love Dash" on Sunday Feb 16th Feb 22 - Hoyt Arboretum 4000 Southwest Fairview Boulevard, Portland, OR . There are several small parking lots on the road, along with the parking lot at the Visitor Center. We will meet at the Visitor Center. March 1 - Cape Horn This is a 7 mile loop (running or walking this will be the whole workout!) Anticipate extra time based on your pace. Driving directions: Take SR 14 east to milepost 26.4 (about 20 miles east of the I-205 bridge). Take a left onto Salmon Falls Road, then an immediate right into the parking area. The trailhead is across the street on Salmon Falls Road. There is a restroom here. Parking is at Skamania County Transit's Park & Ride - no permit necessary March 8 - Moulton Falls Trailhead/Park 27781 Lucia Falls Road Yacolt, WA. From Battle Ground head north on hwy. 503, follow the signs to Lucia Falls and Moulton Falls. The first parking lot and falls will be Lucia, continue on the road until you get to the Moulton Falls Trailhead parking lot. It will be on Lucia Falls Road. March 15 - Round Lake/ Lacamas Lake! Description
This is an obstacle based running club that will be training for March Muddy Madness on March 22nd! All levels are welcome to join this club! There will be various physical challenges during the runs and they will all be off the road on trails! Saturday Morning Schedule Meet at trail head: 9:00am Jan. 18th - Round Lake/Lacamas Lake Jan.25th - Lewisville Park Feb. 1st - Salmon Creek/Klineline Feb. 8th - Mt. Tabor Feb 16th- NWPT Love Dash at Torque Coffee Feb 22nd - Hoyt Arboretum March 1st - Cape Horn March 8th - Moulton Falls Trailhead/Park March 15th - Round Lake/ Lacamas Lake Info, Skills & Group Warm-Up: 9:05-9:30am Run: 9:30-10:30am- The runs are time based instead of distance based...expect either an out and back option or a loop that can be completed with an add on. Group Cool Down: 10:30-11:00am Cost: Cost: $145.00 Cost Includes: Registration fee for March Muddy Madness Drop-in Fee: $15.00
