Tree Planting Ceremony

The Dick Hannah Dealerships will be conducting a tree planting celebration at 2pm on Thursday, April 26th, 2007. The tree planting takes place one day before the nationally recognized Arbor Day. Vancouver based Shorty's Nursery will be on-site to facilitate the tree planting. Vancouver's mayor, Royce Pollard, will be on hand as well as others from the community. Teaming up with the National Arbor Day Foundation, the Dick Hannah Dealerships are planting a tree with every car they sell. The program launched on March 1st, 2007 and the company estimates planting a minimum of 15,000 trees over the next 12 months.
