Staff Sergeant Patricia Hadden is Supply Sergeant for Headquarters, 104th Training Division (Leader Training), US Army Reserves. This patriotic ceremony is organized by Fort Vancouver National Trust and held at the Fort Vancouver National Site's bandstand on the Parade Ground.
