New Wal-Mart Grand Opening! A ribbon cutting & grand opening will be held January 31, 2006 to celebrate the opening of the new, unique Wal-Mart store at 430 SE 192nd Ave., east Vancouver (near Home Depot). The store is the only one of of its kind in the region. Ribbon cutting: 7:30 a.m., doors open 8:00 a.m.
