WSU Vancouver's 23rd Commencement will confer degrees on more than 900 graduates. Washington State Supreme Court Justice Steven C. González will give the keynote address. No tickets are required. Seating is first-come, first-served. Amphitheater parking lots open at 11 a.m. and parking is free. The seating area opens at 11:30 a.m.
