Purpose is powerful. A business that has a strong vision and mission gives meaning to everyone’s work. Unfortunately, research shows that fewer than half of employees know what their company stands for or feel connected to the company’s mission. Employees who are engaged improve the bottom line. On May 16, Bob DeKoning, a consultant with more than 30 years’ experience, will discuss revisiting your vision and mission, and ways to engage your employees with your organization’s purpose.
