An effective strategic plan can guide your business toward your long term goals. It helps analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to maximize your potential for growth. On July 18, join Andy LaFrazia at the third forum in the Leadership Series to learn key components in strategy mapping and gain analysis tools to help in your planning process. Andy LaFrazia is the President of ControlTek, an electronic design and manufacturing service provider. He leads a team of 140 personnel specializing in electronic and electromechanical systems for multiple industrial, medical and aviation/space/defense customers. The meeting is open to all.
