WSU Vancouver's 2011 Women of Distinction

The 2011 Women of Distinction event will take place at 6 p.m. March 31 in the Firstenburg Student Commons. Reservations are recommended. RSVP by March 29 at www.vancouver.wsu.edu/distinction. The purpose of the Women of Distinction event is to provide a venue for the celebration of Women's History Month, observed in March, and to recognize women who have made a difference in the lives of others. The event is open to students, staff and faculty, and local community members. The Women of Distinction festivities will feature nominees and recipients of the Distinguished Woman of the Year and keynote speaker Nichole Maher, executive director of the Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA).
