Purpose: Since 2018, we've been transforming mental health through compassionate, person-centered medication management. Mental health is a dynamic and deeply personal journey, unique to each person. At Kaleidoscope Rx, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, collaborative care that honors your autonomy and empowers you to take charge of your well-being.

People: Our Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) know that the best medicine is the one that works - so we look for all the ways people can find relief and forward progress: nature, skill development, boundary work, therapy, moving our bodies, or building community and healthy relationships. Staying curious and compassionate is good medicine.

Partnership: Our practice was built and continues to grow because of individual stories and impact. We know that the best mental health care includes community and connection. Our referral partners, like our patients, come from every walk of life and are located throughout Washington and Oregon.
