About Us

I’m a big believer in sticky notes. You can easily move them around. Write whatever you want on them. And they come in all sorts of colors.
That’s also my approach with coaching—be flexible, get creative, and consider different points of view. You’ll often see me handing out a stack of sticky notes in meetings and workshops.

I also believe in listening. I listen carefully to a client’s story, the things that keep them up at night, what keeps them away from their families and free time. And then I ask the right questions to help us find the answers. I’ve worked tirelessly in business management for over 30 years, so I’ve seen lots of different scenarios. That means I have plenty of stories to pull from to find the right path for a client.

And I do love stories. I’m an avid reader, and I get inspiration from pages of books. (I’ve also been known to give books as gifts to new friends and clients!) Along with reading, my approach to coaching comes from my certification with Metronomics and my financial background. Since I was CFO for more than 20 years, I can apply thoughtful insight into building a healthy, financially stable company with my clients.

Being a business coach is not just a career for me. I regularly hold impromptu sessions with friends, present educational workshops to local entrepreneurial communities, and I've served in different leadership roles at Rotary International.

Knowing that we can achieve great things together, like higher profitability, more cohesive teams, and better cash flow, we can all serve our communities in even greater ways.
