In '89, my wife and I settled in Clark County. Over 37 years, I've held diverse roles like CEO, COO, VP Strategy Development, VP Sales & Marketing. With experience in Fortune 100 companies, local non-profits, and CEO consulting, I shifted to fractional executive roles. Now, I advise on vision, strategy, and business health. I organize peer sessions, develop masterclasses, and value hard work, instilled by my Yakama Reservation farm upbringing. I hold an MBA from Willamette University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, and graduated from Siemens Leadership University. Life's tapestry has woven a tale rich in experiences, lessons, and growth. My wife's unwavering support and the familial proximity we cherished for years have shaped my perspective. I remain humbled by the opportunities life has bestowed upon me, and am committed to contributing my wisdom and experience to empower businesses and leaders to achieve their fullest potential.
