JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $125,000 - $155,000 annually.
Work location: Hybrid; Vancouver, WA or Denver, CO
Holland is seeking a skilled and communitive Program Manager with multi-family technology experience to join our highly focused Residential Technology team, located in Vancouver, WA or Denver, CO. The Program Manager, Residential Technology is responsible for partnering with Residential and Business Technology leadership and their teams to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and implement Residential technology software solutions. This individual will be responsible for overall program and project management of Residential technology solutions in alignment with Holland Partner Group’s project delivery standards, strategic vision, and Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Acts as the liaison between the Technology and Residential teams, ensuring partnership and alignment on residential technology solutions.
- Partners with stakeholders to thoughtfully prioritize projects and initiatives into a Residential Technology Roadmap, as determined by Holland’s strategic vision, business needs, and resource capacity.
- Implements and project manages residential technology projects in partnership with the Residential Operations teams, as prioritized in the Residential Technology Roadmap.
- Partners with residential and technology teams to proactively determine project requirements, overall scope, critical milestones, and deliverables.
- Designs program/project plans based on a solid understanding of project management techniques.
- Documents and escalates issues and risks as appropriate.
- Publishes status reports to inform stakeholders of key information to follow residential project progress.
- Partners with the Software Support Services team to identify and implement required system integrations and to transition application administration and application support prior to project close out.
- Partners with the Learning and Development and Residential Training teams to ensure proper training and adoption are in place for all software and systems used by the Residential teams.
- Partners with Building Technology Leadership to incorporate technology into current and upcoming development and construction projects in support of Residential operational needs.
- Partner with Project Delivery Leadership to incorporate Holland’s project management methodologies and standards into Residential technology projects.
- Monitors existing technology performance, proactively identifies enhancement and defect fix opportunities, and presents recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Provides vendor management for Residential Technology providers in partnership with Software Support and appropriate Residential Operational teams.
- Provides coaching, feedback, training, and intervention to internal teams as necessary to ensure project success.
- Represents Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required. 4 years of equivalent technology experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. PMP certification strongly preferred.
Experience: 7 years of relevant technology program/project management experience with 3 years of multifamily technology experience required.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
This position also requires:
- Travel and overnight stays.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
- Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
